Where to Find Archived Messages in Facebook Messenger: Messages can be archived on Facebook in order to keep them out of view of everyone in a different folder, this does not mean the messages are locked or secured from external views; it is only kept there so as not to mix them or delete them unexpectedly. 

If in a situation, you archived some messages and when you wish to access them, you can’t find their location, here is how you can access them with ease

Since it is possible to access the Facebook messages via Facebook itself and via messenger, it is also possible to access archive messages through Facebook and messenger.

1. Go to Facebook.com and login to your account,
2. On the home display, click on the message tab just beside the profile tab at the top of the page
3. Scroll down and click on “See all in messenger”
4. Now open settings, the gear icon at the top of the display, navigate to “help” and then “more button”
5. Select Archived threads
6. If you wish to unarchive some message, simply send a message to the recipient and it will automatically be unarchived.

To get your archived messages from messenger, simply follow the instructions below;

1. Open Messenger
2. Tap the search bar icon
3. Type in the name of the invidual you archived his messages
4. Select the person from the search result, the next display will show all the archived message of the individual
